It features a hand-turned 2.5" diameter whorl made from Baltic birch ply, with a 8" (~7 3/16" under whorl) long Hard Maple shaft with a dinner bell hook.
Stained Gun stock and sealed.
I hand turn these with the mass to the rim for better balance and longer spin.

Woot! This baby spins lace/cobweb singles at the speed of light. I’m a newbie spinner who only had an Ashfort Student spindler before and it makes a crazy difference. I am getting an even result even with silk. I am in love. Thank you SO much.
