Very light, balanced, and easy to spin with. This is prefect for spinning cobweb to fingering weight yarn. It works especially well for short staple fibers such as silk and cotton. Overall, a well crafted spindle.

I love this spindle and has spun with it every day since it arrived. It's my first supported spindle and it spins long and fast. I'm so happy with it and was finally able to spin the short fur of my rabbits which has been my goal and the reason why I started spinning in the first place. I also loved the way the spindle shaft was protected during it's journey, with a single. This was also really helpful to me as I could see how the cop was wound. I have kept the yarn and the small skein now sits on a shelf for everyone to see. Thank you so much SnyderSpindles for making this wonderful supported spindle :)
